Last week during the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist, the Diocese of Surigao announced that San Pedro Calungsod is going to visit Surigao del Norte as part of His "DUAW NASUD" (Visit different places in the Country), scheduled 9:00 - 9:30 AM in November 16, 2012 at the Lipata Ferry terminal from San Ricardo, Southern Leyte, and will stay at San Nicolas de Tolentino Cathedral for one day for public viewing.
As scheduled the image of San Pedro Calungsod arrived around 10:00 - 10:30 AM at the Lipata ferry terminal and welcomed by the Bishop of Surigao, Clergy, Religious sisters, Seminarians,and Delegates from different parishes and the Government officials.

after the Holy Mass, the Image of San Pedro Calungsod was opened for public viewing for the whole afternoon, A Catechism and Prayer vigil also was conducted during that time.
at 5:30PM another Holy Mass was celebrated, and presided by the Most Rev. Antonieto Cabajog, DD, Bishop of Surigao, with the Diocesan Priests and deacons.

The Holy Mass Ended at 7PM, then the Image of St. Pedro was opened for the public, thousand of people attended and viewed the image of the Saint. The vigil lasted around 12midnigth.

In November 17 @ 6:30 in the morning, motorcade to Santa Cruz Parish, Placer, Surigao del Norte, a Holy Mass was Celebrated
