Catholic Prayer of Hope and Thanksgiving for 2024 and Facing 2025
Heavenly Father,
As we look back on the year 2024, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Thank You for Your faithfulness, for the blessings seen and unseen, and for guiding us through every challenge. Even in moments of uncertainty, Your hand sustained us, and Your love never wavered.
Lord, as we stand on the threshold of 2025, we place our trust in You. Fill our hearts with hope for the days to come, knowing that You hold our future in Your hands. Strengthen our faith to embrace new opportunities and face challenges with courage and grace.
We pray for wisdom to discern Your will in all we do. May our actions reflect Your love and bring light to the world around us. Help us to remain steadfast in our faith, even when the road ahead is unclear.
Lord, we entrust 2025 to You—our plans, our dreams, and our burdens. Bless our families, our communities, and our world. May this new year be a time of peace, unity, and growth in holiness.
Thank You, Lord, for walking with us, now and always. With grateful hearts, we surrender this year and the next into Your loving care.
